Dr. Bell has a super personality and great with his patients. He tells me why I’m having the pain and what I should do to keep it away.Karen B.
Very good, I’m a carpenter and the regular visits help my back and neck pain. I even had numb hands starting and it’s gotten better. Thank you, Dr. John. Jeremy N.
This has been a wonderful experience and I plan to keep on coming and getting stronger and healthier.
When I first came to advanced chiropractic I was so sick I could hardly get through the day and hadn’t worked in several months. The doctors and specialists I went to said they didn’t know what was wrong. John had me diagnosed and on a treatment plan in two visits. Within a few short months I was off the couch and moving around. Another month and I was back to work on a limited basis. I am now back to work full time and enjoying life once again. I recommend John to everyone.Gerald D.
I have been coming to Dr. John for a few years now, and have never felt better. Nutrition has helped me to the point of not taking insulin anymore, for my diabetes. Now that I don’t eat carbs, I have a lot of energy, and exercise regularly, without getting tired. I also have lost twenty eight pounds. I would recommend everyone I know to check out the services here. It has done wonders for me.Karon F.
In a nutshell, I can’t live without Advanced Family. I highly recommend Dr John and the staff at Advanced Family. You will not find anyone else with his level of knowledge and continuous quest to learn and understand more. Colleen W.

Chiropractic is a gentle method of therapy which focuses on the spine and other joints of the body. The ultimate goal of chiropractic care is to restore normal spinal or joint motion. When normal motion is established all of the structures around the joint are relaxed. Abnormal joint motion creates tension on the surrounding structures like muscles, ligaments and nerves. This can then create stiffness, pain, and dysfunction. Our gentle method of chiropractic care is painless and very effective in helping people relieve pain and stiffness.
Many patients feel a relief of symptoms after one treatment. Chiropractic has a long history of helping people with:
Low Back Pain
Sprains and Strains
Chronic Headaches and Migraines
Carpal Tunnel Pain
Homeopathy is a system of medicine based upon the law of similars; like cures like. For example, everyone is familiar with the results of drinking too much coffee- shaky hands, jittery nerves, and insomnia. Coffea cruda, a homeopathic remedy made from unroasted coffee beans, is used to alleviate these very symptoms, whatever the cause. Like cures like.
A homeopathic remedy is simply a dilution of one or several botanical, mineral, or animal substances. These substances are highly diluted, until very little or none of the original substance remains. Some have also called the law of similars “the principle of similar resonating frequencies.” It is interesting to now that in homeopathy the most highly diluted preparations are considered to be the most potent.
There are numerous benefits of utilizing homeopathy as part of an overall healing strategy:
It is gentle & effective
It is backed by over two hundred years of sound research & application
It compliments the innate healing wisdom of the body
The remedies are easy to take & pleasant tasting
