Head Weights: Foam lined head weights that Velcro strap around the forehead. Comes with 4 half pound bars to increase difficulty as you become stronger. The head weights help to auto correct posture in the neck. The weights are trying to pull your head forward, making you use the muscles in the back of your neck to hold your head up, thus making the neck muscles stronger and more able to support the weight of the skull.

Balance pad: Its a light weight, plush foam pad that tests the bodies own stability. Meant to throw off the patients balance, forcing the patient to engage their core muscles to stand with better posture.

Theraband: The bands create resistance during exercise to increase muscle tone in the muscles that help with proper posture

Spiky massage balls: The firmness of the ball is meant to help with deep tissue massage while the spikes are there to stimulate circulation in the muscle. Assists in breaking down the muscle tension to relax the body and promote deep healing.

Your body depends on many mechanisms and structures to coordinate the transmission of vibrations and forceful impacts throughout your body. These mechanisms and structures — including synovial fluids, bone cartilage, joint kinematics, muscular activity and soft tissues — are the same ones that chiropractors manipulate and guide when applying chiropractic techniques.

By combining Whole Body Vibration and chiropractic models simultaneously, chiropractors can provide better results. Not only are they reinforcing the effectiveness of their own methods, but they’re also accelerating pain relief and recovery from a wide range of neuromusculoskeletal disorders.
